| 55th regiment in line. Only one photo for them. Widely known to be an ugly bunch of blokes so very few pictures taken 😂 |
Painted with a mix of contrast and normal acrylic paints.
Bases still need to be flocked.
10mm Figures and flags from Pendraken.

Looking good again Ben. Excellent progress with these figures overall too.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes, James
Thanks very much James.
DeleteI agree with James, you have really worked your way through these figures in a pretty short period of time, Ben. Look forward to seeing the entire force, fully flocked, on parade!
ReplyDeleteKeith, putting the pressure on me!! Hopefully it won't take long to flock them.
DeleteGood progress continues! You call these regiments but basing and Pom Pom colors suggest this is a battalion. Are you amalgamating several battalions into one regimental body?
ReplyDeleteOh dear Jonathan. You have caught me out again with my ignorance on display. 😂 I shall call them Battalions from now on.
DeleteThe information from Pendraken on the flag sheet say they are regimental flags so I will not be amalgamating them for one regiment.
I did have the idea of amalgamating all the bases with the same pom poms for a photo shoot of a Battalion in march as the number of figures would be more like reality.
Did the Battalions each carry a regimental flag? Or just the first battalion of each regiment? Thanks... hopefully I can refer to them as the 1st Battalion of the xxth Regiment.
The regiments are looking good, and so close to finishing as well.
